EnerTribe is built by a multidisciplinary team of engineers, strategists, technologists, and advisors united by a shared commitment to Tribal sovereignty and long-term infrastructure success. Our departments work collaboratively across telecom, artificial intelligence, funding, permitting, energy, and operations—bringing deep technical expertise and real-world execution to every project. Together, we help Tribal Nations plan, build, and manage systems that create lasting economic and digital independence.
An enrolled citizen of the Tolowa Dee-ni’ Nation, Forest James grew up straddling the Oregon-California border, surrounded by the realities of reservation life. The limitations imposed by a lack of infrastructure were not just theoretical but deeply personal. He saw firsthand how the absence of broadband, clean water, and reliable energy hindered opportunities for education, healthcare, and economic development within Indigenous communities.
