Who We Are

EnerTribe is a Native-owned consulting firm specializing in partnerships with tribal governments and enterprises. Our focus spans environmental and cultural services, communications and broadband, funding, permitting, engineering, and economic development.

Our team is made up of industry professionals with decades of experience in environmental compliance, project management, construction oversight, broadband and telecommunications, and economic development. Many of us were born and raised in and around tribal governments and enterprises — giving us a unique perspective on both the opportunities and challenges in Indian Country.

We’ve had the privilege of helping tribes build infrastructure, launch enterprises, separate governance from business, create and sustain departments, and secure long-term economic development opportunities. Because we understand the intricacies of tribal governments, we are also trusted by companies and agencies seeking to respectfully and effectively work in Indian Country.

Our Impact

Since 2009, EnerTribe has secured and supported over $1 billion in funded projects across Indian Country. These projects range from essential community services to multi-million-dollar broadband and infrastructure builds. We have worked alongside dozens of federal, state, and tribal funding agencies to bring critical resources directly into Native communities.

We know every nation, government, and company has unique needs. That’s why we don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach. Instead, we partner closely with leadership, departments, and funding agencies to build solutions tailored to each community’s goals.

Our Approach

We offer free initial consultations to tribal governments exploring whether we’re the right fit. For for-profit companies and outside partners, we provide introductory presentations to learn about your goals and discuss how we might collaborate.
