Who We Are

EnerTribe is a 100% Native-owned infrastructure consulting firm founded to support Tribal Nations as sovereign governments and economic leaders. Our work is grounded in partnership, lived experience, and a long-term commitment to Indian Country.

We work alongside tribal governments and enterprises across North America, supporting infrastructure that strengthens communities and reflects their priorities. Our team brings deep experience across communications and broadband, water and energy systems, environmental and cultural services, funding and grants, and economic development.

Many members of our team were raised in and around tribal governments and enterprises. That lived connection gives us a grounded understanding of both the opportunities and the challenges communities face. We approach every project with respect for sovereignty, local knowledge, and the responsibility that comes with working in Indian Country.

Our Impact

Since 2009, EnerTribe has supported more than $1 billion in funded infrastructure projects across Indian Country. This work ranges from essential community services to large-scale broadband and infrastructure initiatives that expand access, opportunity, and long-term resilience.

We have worked alongside tribal, federal, and state partners to help bring critical resources directly into Native communities. Every project is different, and every Nation has its own priorities. That’s why we do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.

Instead, we partner closely with leadership, staff, and funding agencies to help build infrastructure that aligns with community goals and supports lasting self-determination.

At EnerTribe, true partnership starts with listening. We meet Tribal Nations where they are and tailor our support to each community’s goals, capacity, and timeline.

Our team understands real-world conditions such as permitting, environmental review, community engagement, and long-term operations. When projects face complexity or uncertainty, we help bring stability, clarity, and forward momentum while keeping decision-making in tribal hands.

Technology and modern tools play a role in our work, but they are never the focus. Our approach centers people, land, and governance first, using technical expertise to support informed decisions and long-term stewardship.
